Amala student, Christian, selected as Rise 100 Global Winner!

We are incredibly proud to announce that Christian, a UWC-Amala Changemaker Foundation Programme alumnus, has been selected as one of Rise’s 100 Global Winners!

Christian, an 18-year old from Burundi, and who currently lives in Kakuma, Kenya has now been selected, out of thousands, to join Rise’s first cohort of Global Winners, who hail from 42 countries.

Rise is a global talent programme that finds extraordinary young people who need opportunity and supports them for life as they use their talents to serve others. As a Rise 100 Global Winner, Christian will receive access to a lifetime of benefits, including scholarships, mentorships, access to career development opportunities, funding and more as he works to solve humanity’s most pressing problems.
