Sky School is also committed to and has a responsibility to safeguarding the welfare of all community members of Sky School, as well as others who come into contact with us, from physical, emotional and sexual harm and neglect. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any harm or exploitation of a child or a young person by our staff, volunteers, representatives or partners.

Sky School hopes that everyone who comes into contact with the organisation and our programmes will have a positive experience, and we aim to provide the very best services in all of our work. However, we recognise that from time to time there may be concerns that give rise to complaints, and which may require investigation. We want to know about these concerns so that we can improve for the future, and put things right for the person (or organisation) who has made the complaint.

Sky School is committed to the highest standards of transparency, probity, integrity and accountability. This procedure applies to all Sky School members of staff, volunteers and representatives.
